2-40 Command Line Interface Commands Reference

authproﬁle id alternate secret string

This command allows you to specify the alternate RADIUS server CHAP secret.

authproﬁle id radius identiﬁer string

This command allows you to specify the RADIUS Network Access Server (NAS) identiﬁer. The default NAS

identiﬁer is an ASCII representation of the server’s base MAC address.

authproﬁle id radius port { 1 ...65535 }

This command allows you to specify the RADIUS server’s port number. Ordinarily, the RADIUS server port

number is 1812. If you are using a different port number, enter it here.

show conﬁg authproﬁle id

This command allows you to display the conﬁguration of an authentication proﬁle identiﬁed by id.
